DELTA (Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages)

The DELTA is an internationally accredited Level 7 qualification delivered by UKTA in partnership with NILE-ELT.

Course Information

DELTA is an advanced blend of theory and practice that provides professional development for teachers with at least one year’s experience. It provides skills and techniques that will help you throughout your career.

UKTA has partnered with NILE-ELT to deliver the Module 2 Level 7 diploma course. We use NILE’s state-of-the-art online platform to support you through the developing professional practice coursework. The platform provides everything you need to complete the module. The team here at UKTA will be your local tutors (observing and assessing lessons) and NILE will provide you with an online tutor.

Entry Requirements:
Proficient user of English (CEFR C1+) CELTA or CertTESOl, or equivalent, plus a minimum of 1-year full-time teaching experience in an EFL environment (although 2+ years is recommended).
